Mr. Bach is certified as a Legal Specialist in Immigration and
Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization,
and was one of the first certified specialists when the certification program
was started in the late 1980's. Currently there are 161,000 active members
of the State Bar, and only 147 are Certified Specialists in Immigration and
Nationality Law. Mr. Bach serves on the California State Bar Immigration
and Nationality Advisory Commission, and helps to write and grade the
immigration specialty exam.
