Padilla v. Kentucky (U.S. Supreme Court, 2010) mandates that criminal defense lawyers must advise non-citizen defendants as to the immigration consequences of their plea.  For a reasonable flat fee, Mr. Bach will provide an Advisory Opinion regarding the possible immigration consequences of a criminal conviction. 

(In preparing the Advisory Opinion, Mr. Bach will work only with criminal defense lawyers as a consultant, and will have no contact, nor form any attorney-client relationship, with the defendant.)
