Our firm represents both corporations and individuals in all aspects of immigration law, and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and personal attention to each of our clients.

Mr. Bach has been preparing H-1B and labor certification applications for several decades, and has been granted the highest A/V rating by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating “identifies a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability” reflecting “expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence” and “the highest professional and ethical standards.”

Mr. Bach is also included in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. While we appreciate this recognition, we also see it as a benchmark to live up to on a daily basis and in every single case.
Mr. Bach is certified as a Legal Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, and was one of the first certified specialists when the certification program was started.
Currently there are 179,000 active members of the California State Bar, and only 177 are Certified Specialists in Immigration and Nationality Law. Mr. Bach is a past Chair of the California State Bar Immigration and Nationality Advisory Commission, responsible for writing and grading the immigration specialty exam for lawyers.

Effective. 99.99% of the visa petitions and applications ever filed by the firm have been approved. (However, the firm cannot and will not guarantee success in a particular case).

Capacity. Our office always maintains sufficient capacity to effectively handle all cases accepted with the highest level of attention and service. We have filed as much as one thousand H-1B and L-1 petitions a year, and over three hundred and fifty permanent residency petitions, with each case treated as though it were the only case in the office. If we do not have the time and resources to provide the best possible representation, we will not take the case.

National. Our firm represents companies with offices throughout the world, and has the expertise to file immigration applications in all fifty states. Since employment-based cases rarely require a personal appearance, we can represent clients throughout the U.S. using email and overnight courier.
